I agree that IslandKids can put my pictures on the "Find Models" page on the website.

 

I agree that I am at least 2-3 hours away from Victoria Island

 

I agree to be signed with the agency for at least 6 months before leaving.

 

 I agree that The agency has been granted the exclusive right to use the Model’s name, as well as all approved portraits and pictures in connection with the advertising and/or publicity for the model.

 

 I agree to pay the agency a set percent of  20% of all monies, fees or other contributions received by Model for the duration of this modeling agency contract.
IslandKids shall collect all monies and payments for jobs conducted under this term agreement and will retain agreed payment percentage from said funds.

 

I agree that by allowing IslandKids have limited power of attorney, IslandKids will conduct agreements on behalf of model as well as provide signatures on any contracts and agreements on behalf of said model.
